Roasting & Shipping

1. We roast on Tuesday and Thursday weekly.
2. We ship orders on Wednesday and Friday.
3. Order Deadline: 12:00 – Orders placed on a roasting day before noon can be included in the same-day agenda and will be shipped the following day. Orders placed in the afternoon will be processed on the next roast day.
4. Free Domestic Shipping via JNE/Tiki – MOQ of 10kg. You may split shipment (Example: 5kg per shipment every 2 weeks). Additional shipping fee applies.
5. International Shipping via DHL Express. Customs Duty and Import Fees apply upon arrival to country of destination.

Payment Terms

Payment up front. We process orders after completion of transaction.

Return, Exchange & Refund

1. All purchases are deemed final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for:
   - Items damaged in transit
   - Items incorrectly shipped
2. Kindly drop a message via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of package’s arrival to request a refund or exchange.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Photos of damaged or incorrect items must clearly show the issue for evaluation.
5. Refunds exclude shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
